Dogs on Howard’s trainer, Bill Asplin, brings years of experience and expertise to our team. He is a certified IGP helper and holds certifications in canine first aid and CPR, ensuring your dog receives safe and professional care during training.

Bill has obtained a “Silver Certificate” from NePoPo and has trained with renowned experts in the dog training field, including Bart Bellon, and Ivan Balabanov, whose rigorous 3-day  “Training Without Conflict” seminar he attended in Florida, logging 10 hours of learning each day. 

Committed to staying at the forefront of dog training techniques, Bill invests in his education by attending 16-hour seminars three to four times a year. His expertise spans a wide range of issues, from addressing aggression and resource guarding to mastering basic obedience. Bill is also an active competitor in IGP, a sport with three phases—tracking, obedience, and protection.
